If you cannot create a new report or the "create report" button does not appear, it is usually because you already have one report under the "in progress" status. This will prevent the creation of a new report, it is
not a bug. You should either delete the "in progress" report if you do not have a use for it, or push it to the FLC. Then the "create report" button will appear.

- Access to attachments uploaded to the List of Expenditure in the budget line staff costs was hidden for all users, except project partner users. Comment fields (Partner comments and FLC comments) and descriptions related to items in budget line staff costs are not readable for people not having a specific privilege. The text ‘hidden due to GDPR’ is shown instead.
- An additional tab called ‘Personal data attachments’ was added to the partner report. All files uploaded in this tab are hidden by default and only visible to privileged users. File title and description is replaced by ‘hidden due to GDPR’ text. It is possible to move files from the “Attachments” section to “Personal data attachments” and the other way around. The partner user can move attachments from one section to the other for his/her own report.
